Enjoy peace of mind with Mycarest’s Craftsmanship Limited Warranty, automatically included with every custom stuffed animal product. This transferable warranty requires no registration, ensuring a hassle-free experience. At Mycarest, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted creations.
What is Covered?
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why every Mycarest custom stuffed animal is backed by our Craftsmanship Limited Warranty. If within the first 90 days you discover any of the following defects, we’ll gladly repair or replace your plush, free of charge:
·Sewing imperfections: Tears, rips, holes, and other similar sewing mistakes or oversights.
·Transit damage: Damage incurred while the plush is in transit, including water damage.
·Missing details: Omission of markings or features you specifically requested in your order description.
·Inaccurate airbrushing: Significant discrepancies between the airbrush coloring you specified and the final plush, for example, receiving a dark grey plush when you requested golden brown.

We understand that personal taste is subjective, and while we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, we recognize that expectations may occasionally differ. Our Mycarest Remake Service offers you the opportunity to commission a completely new plush based on your revised design direction for a reduced price base on different cases. This service reflects our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and our dedication to crafting a cherished tribute to your beloved pet.
How to Obtain Service

·Email Body: Please provide photos of the stuffed animal that clearly show the defects.
Our design team will review your request and determine the best course of action. This may involve either sending you a replacement plush or providing a return label for you to ship the item back to our facility for repair.

Term: How Long Coverage Lasts
The Limited Warranty lasts for sixty (60) days after delivery of the covered product.

What is Not Covered by the Sneak Peek+ Design Guarantee
While the Sneak Peek+ Design Guarantee offers a high level of customization and satisfaction, it’s important to understand what it doesn’t cover:
Warranty Exclusions:
· Standard Warranty Ineligibility: Using the Sneak Peek+ upgrade may make you ineligible for certain standard warranties, as you have reviewed and approved the final design of your plush. [Learn more about warranty details here.](link to warranty details)
· Misuse, Abuse, and Alterations: Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or alterations to the plush are not covered.
· Normal Wear and Tear: The guarantee does not cover wear and tear, which is the natural deterioration that occurs with regular use. This includes:
* Fabric fading and weakening: Even the best fabrics will fade and weaken over time, especially with exposure to sunlight and elements.
* Component wear: Parts like zippers and buttons will naturally wear down with use.
Understanding Manufacturing Defects:
Manufacturing defects usually become apparent very early in a product’s lifespan, often during the first few uses. Products returned for inspection due to manufacturing defects are typically in like-new condition, showing minimal signs of use. It’s uncommon for a product with a manufacturing defect to withstand regular use for an extended period.
Mycarest’s Determination:
Mycarest has sole discretion in determining whether an issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.

Additional Limitations to Warranty Coverage

· Coverage Limits: Warranty coverage is limited to the maximum value of replacing the product with the same or a similar product of equal value to the original purchase price. The warranty does not cover repair costs, refunds beyond the purchase price, or replacement of any other property.
· Exclusion of Incidental Damages: Mycarest shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Additional Warranty Terms
Disclaimer of Other Warranties:
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Mycarest. It replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. No person is authorized to create any other obligations or liabilities on behalf of Mycarest in connection with our products.
Limitation of Liability:
Mycarest shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including contract, warranty, tort (including negligence and strict liability), patent infringement, or any other theory. Mycarest’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Scope of Coverage:
This warranty applies only to the Mycarest product itself and does not cover the repair or replacement of any other personal property used with or near the Mycarest product.

No Other Express Warranty Applies
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for Mycarest products. No employee, agent, dealer, or any other person is authorized to modify this warranty or make any additional warranties on behalf of Mycarest.
